Jojo Mommy approached us with a newly designed Shopify site that wasn’t performing up to expectations. The design was fresh, but functionality issues were creating a less-than-ideal user experience. Our team quickly stepped in to optimize the site’s performance and customer engagement.
We began by refining the product filtering system, allowing customers to easily find what they were looking for. A seamless returns module was also integrated, simplifying post-purchase processes for customers. To boost marketing efforts, we developed eye-catching campaign marquis and landing pages, paired with matching social media assets designed specifically for Instagram stories, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across platforms.
On the backend, we introduced event tracking to measure customer interactions, and implemented SMS campaign software for direct outreach. Additionally, we added an email sign-up pop-up, ensuring opt-ins were effortlessly synced between Shopify and Klaviyo, improving email marketing capabilities.
