I’d like to take a moment to thank you for the work you’ve done this year on both of our sites. As you know, I’ve been a Locus fan from the start. I’ve always been impressed by your ability to be simultaneously creative, efficient, productive and responsive. You’ve invested in staff and infrastructure to provide better products & service to your customers. It’s working! In every aspect from design, to functionality and even service, the Locus team is constantly working to exceed my expectations.
One outstanding example is the work that you’ve done to take our e-commerce site into the realm of Google Base. In retrospect, I can see that Google Base interactivity gives our products vastly increased exposure. If not for your encouragement and proactivity, we would likely not have pursued this new technology until much later. The fact that few online vendors have yet ventured into this area means that we now have a head start, and are being more proactive about growing our business.
This scenario is a prime example of the underlying partnership attitude at Locus. The fact that you’re willing to look out for needs that I’m not even aware of is priceless. Ultimately, it’s this partnership attitude that I’m most grateful for, and that truly sets Locus apart. Thanks.
