"Thank you for all of your help getting our new web site up and running. After using it for the last six weeks I am thrilled with how effective a marketing tool it has proven to be. We have reserved seven of our fifteen units before the foundations have even been poured! The ease with which we can administer the site and the ability to update critical graphic information like floor plans allowed us to go to market long before we would have felt comfortable printing a paper brochure. In fact I see no reason why we will ever print another brochure when it is so easy to keep our site up to date and add more detail when necessary to answer buyer's questions.
I am also really pleased with the way you set our interest list up to feed right into a data base. That feature has been a great help managing client contacts. The final item is the traffic reporting service, I thought that was just a frill that we would not use but it is actually really useful. We can seen definite patterns of traffic that have instructed us when to make call backs and when to advertise. Our site has immediately become the best marketing tool we have."
