Aquaglide previously had a Flash-only website with usability issues and few calls-to-action. Aquaglide wanted to use Flash for communicating the use of their products through visually-rich demonstration videos, but also wanted to increase their traffic and search engine rankings.
Locus developed an HTML site with Flash video seamlessly-integrated into the site, and calls-to-action that give Aquaglide a 2-way conversation with their customers. This allowed users to find and browse products and forms through a user-friendly website, with on-demand product videos and demonstrations.
Aquaglide’s traffic doubled after the first two months since launch of the new website, and traffic increases at about 20% each month. Through direct-contact warranty, product registration, and contact forms, Aquaglide started receiving product and brand inquiries that they never had before.
